So sorry for the daily blogs... I find it is helping me a lot more than I thought it would.

Food prepping is awesome. I love having containers full of healthy ready to eat food because I took a half an hour out of my Sunday to prep my food. I love not having to think about my lunch because I have it planned and prepped. I love having fresh fruit and veggies.

I love that my fiancé is going shopping with me and is okay with eating healthy food for dinner. We plan the meals so it we hate it, it is our fault together. We are trying crazy combos but we love it...

I am a bit bummed because the weight loss team I was working with online had a small internal issue and everyone left and there are less than a handful of us left on there who try to motivate each other. It is hard with that few of people who are concerned with the same issues happening. I hope I can overcome this and through all my focus on here and stay motivated
