WW meetings re-joined

Hi everyone,
I am back at the meetings and think that I am more determined since I am paying more attention as to how I can get to goal. Tracking is a must for me and it does help me lose.
I do not try to track on both Spark and E-tools, because it just takes too much time.
I do try to keep my fitness tracked on Spark and lately have had to be less active. Had two cataract surgeries and was told by my dr. I had to wait two weeks after each surgery to go back to my Aerobic classes. So meanwhile have been walking each day if possible so that I can keep up my momentum. emoticon Can anyone relate to this? I just think doing the best I can when there is a health issue is all I can expect of myself and remaining positive no matter what. Thanks for reading my blog and let me know how you are doing too. Spark friends are wonderful and we are all going through many of the same issues. We CAN DO IT!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
Oh, meant to say, sorry if I have not been in touch as much, but do think of you on your journey. Keep in touch with me, if you can fit it in. Any advice is appreciated. We are in this together for better health habits that become Routine.

    Health problems do prevent us from working out - but as you are doing - you didn't give up - you are doing something you can do while you heal - good for you.

    Hi Friend!
    Good for you on your WW rejoin. I know tracking, of any kind, helps...on Spark, WW or a food diary...whatever works! This is a lifestyle and we need to make it work so we will do it! I agree that when there are health issues you work with them doing the best you can...adjusting when necessary! Congrats on your successful eye surgery...and follow the Dr...you can get back in a routine when healed!

    You are doing the best you can for now. I love walking and when I hurt my back in 2010, I thought I'd never be able to take my long walks again, but I did. I started with a cane, until I was able to walk on my own again. That is all that we can do, be patient with ourselves, do the best we can with what we've got! emoticon My best wishes for you on Weight Watchers!
