Week 2 of fresh start

I was doing fine then hit the hormone roller coaster and fell off for a few days. I've been trying to keep my food choices healthy and actually eat at least 3 times a day. Which has actually been a problem for the last year since I tended to snack for breakfast and eat a small dinner. I noticed when I don't exercise I'm more likely to eat fast food.
