Project FB - Day 5 - I am a Right Side Snob (Pics)

Today was cardio and lower body. I came to the realization that I really must favor my right side, and I am probably doubly flexible on my right side as my left. I have occasional left knee problems so I'm not sure if I am subconsciously babying it or what. I do know that my friend told me there is a local sports rehab place that will give a free screen to all runners so I think thats something I may do to see what I am doing wrong.

Anyway, the workout started out with cardio (focusing on lower body) and then had a legs and butt pilates piece, followed by deep stretching of the lower body. It was 47 minutes and 344 calories, which is decent. Here's a couple pics... my serious face as I got to the last set of my leg lifts and then my "i can't bear this" face when I had to do 14 pulses at the end. Oy!

I have no clue why these are upside down but I have tried long enough to fix them. oh well!

Oh and friends, I'd like you to meet Kelli, one of the Fitness Blender owners, who demonstrates most of the moves. Oh to have that body!

Today my eating wasn't horrible but it wasn't good enough. I had a stressful work day and I ate too much candy (of all things to waste calories on, candy?) So tomorrow I have to get back at it.
