Still working on losing

After 2 bouts of the GI bug, I lost 5 pounds but of course a few came back right away but 2 have stayed off. I'm logging my food intake and most days I'm staying where I should. I haven't gotten back to exercise but am doing more housework in anticipation of selling our home. House work does count as exercise I know but it isn't as strenuous as an hour on my stationary bike.

    just do your best and dont give up, in time you will be going for the hour again.
    i never count my housework as exercise on sp tracker, maybe i should start, as i have swept and mopped and folded laundry all morning.
    oh and dishes, lots of dishes.

    It takes time to get back to normal once you have been sick. Take your time and ease back into exercise.
