I feel like I've hit a wall. I've been working out 4 days a week (and doing more when I am working out than I have ever before), staying within my calorie range 5-6 days a week, and trying to eat foods that are all around more nutritious. Yet, when I got on the scale this morning I had gained a pound. And now am back to only having lost 11 pounds total, when just 2 months ago I was down 17.
I don't know what to do anymore, but it's hard to keep motivating myself when it's not making a difference anyway.

There are going to be times when you have an "undeserved" gain and the lessons you learn from that are important. Take a look at your calorie ranges, are you eating the calories that you are burning in exercise? Are you maybe eating too FEW calories?

You may step on the scale next week and see a HUGE loss. That darn scale is fickle.

Hang in there, I know you can do this.
