I feel like I've hit a wall. I've been working out 4 days a week (and doing more when I am working out than I have ever before), staying within my calorie range 5-6 days a week, and trying to eat foods that are all around more nutritious. Yet, when I got on the scale this morning I had gained a pound. And now am back to only having lost 11 pounds total, when just 2 months ago I was down 17.
I don't know what to do anymore, but it's hard to keep motivating myself when it's not making a difference anyway.
