Started my smoothies today.

I started my smoothies this morning and had about 8oz left over. So I decided to put the left overs in a ice cube tray and make me mini popsicles. I mixed Kale, Spinach, apples, bananas and pineapple in my blender and process. I drank my one cup and like I said put the rest in the freezer. During the day if I need that extra boost I can pull one out and eat it. emoticon
I know at the beginning losing weight will be a challenge and I am up for this challenge. I know when you exercise you gain muscle mass making it look as though you are gaining weight and after 3 to 4 weeks you start seeing a total difference. I am looking forward to seeing the difference and maintaining this new healthy life style. I know I am not 100% healthy as I do have fibromyalgia and RA and doing this without medication can be hard at times but exercising and placing mind over matter does help me.
But replacing my white pasta for wheat pasta was a big step for me and I will keep looking for better changes as well. I am glad I don't drink soda or caffeine. LOL
