OK. Truth be told . . .

I HATE my weight. I walk and do weights, measure my food, log everything, and still . . . do not lose weight.

The same 15 pounds over and over and over. gain/lose. That is not even considering the 80 that I need to lose.

So, I am going to hand it over to God.

    Thanks for sharing. I am headed in the wrong direction, about ready to give up or be drastic and unhealthy. God seems to be a much better choice!

    One of the things that makes this healthy lifestyle journey so challenging is that each of us in an individual - we each have to find what works for US. For some it is more exercise, or tweaking their nutrition. I actually had to put the scale AWAY because it was making me crazy. I had no control over what it was doing. Instead I focused my goals on things I COULD control (Yes, I CAN eat two servings of vegetables today! Yes, I CAN exercise 5 minutes more this week than last week!). By having success with the things I COULD control I found success (and eventually the scale even cooperated!).
