Insanity Fit Test Day 1

Wow...not sure what I signed myself up for!!! All I can say is this is going to be a crazy 60 days. I already know I am going to be so sore in the morning, and that is just from doing the fit test :) I injured my ankle going backwards on the globe jumps so tomorrow Im going to finish the last two fit tests and Ill redo the globe jumps.

Suicide Jumps-
Power Jacks-34
Switch Kicks-50
Power Knees-67
Power Jumps-13
Push Up Jacks-
Low Plank Oblique-28

***Not gonna lie...these were probably not performed "correctly" or in proper form. But I did do the best that I could do in this moment, and that is better than nothing at all :)


So I had a change in plans for my June goals. My new goals are:

No more soda
Sleep at least 8 hours per night
Drink at least 64oz of water everyday
Log all food and exercise...the GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY

Insanity DVD 5 days per week
Just Dance 21000 sweat points per week
Jillian Michaels Shed and Shred at least 3 days per week
Stay within my calorie goals 1200-1500 per day
