during my last post...sitting in my exercise clothes...trying to decide which workout video to use...wasting time...I finally decided to go spend the time in the garden instead.
One of the ways I work randomness and variety into my schedule...is to use Robin Ivy's astro forecast robinszodiaczone.blogspo
I use the color of the day to pick out my work outs. It takes away the anxiety over making a choice...which for me leads to procrastination. Today the color was brown. I do not have a video where the ladies are wearing brown. So I decided it would be best to go play in the dirt and today was a good day to fertilize.
As I mentioned earlier...I ate chocolate-also brown! Man did I need a serotonin kick after this morning.
I must sound like a real wing nut, but I have been using Robin's advice for a number of years now and it helps to be in tune with the stars.
In the immortal word of Darrell Martinie ~ "It is a wise person who rules the stars, a fool who is ruled by them - Over and out."

Not at all. The fact that you think you sound like a wing nut confirms completely that you are not!!
I am a procrastinator extraodinaire - so I understand completely where you are coming from.
As a friend of mine once said - about the two of us - "we could talk ourselves in or out of anything!"
    Embrace who you are.
