Nothing New to Add but I'm Still Plodding Along!!!!

So I haven't been walking in the mornings lately! Laziness has been an issue at 5 a.m. but I have been getting some exercise in while at work - either by walking to and from the courthouse or central records for work or just walking at lunchtime in the fresh air. Once I get up and get on the treadmill, I'm ok; it's just the getting out of bed. I don't know what's wrong. You'd think that when I wake up in the middle of the night because I can't sleep, I'd just get up and walk then but NNOOOOOOOO, I toss and turn and flip and flop until the alarm goes off! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need some A.M. motivation! :D

    You sound like the rest of us. I'm usually up at 5:30 but would rather snuggle in my bed for another hour than get up and walk even when it's nice outside. The fact you are working in exercise during your work day may be your best bet for a while. On your days off you can really pour it on. Keep up the good work! You are doing better than you realize.
