Making A Plan.

I apologize for flooding your page with my 3rd blog of the day (go check out my other 2 :))
However, I have decided to share my weight loss goals in order to hold myself reliable and stick with it this time:

May 26th- 177
June 2nd- 175.5
June 9th- 174
June 16th- 172.5
June 23rd- 171
June 30th- 169.5
July 7th- 168
July 14th- 166.5
July 21st- 165
July 28th- 163.5
August 4th- 162
August 11th- 160.5
August 18th- 159
August 25th- 157.5
September 1st- 156
September 8th- 154.5
September 15th- 153
September 22nd- 151.5
September 29th- 150

Although I know there may be weeks when I do not reach these goals, I am hoping I am able to stick with my plan of losing 1.5 pounds a week, and making it to my goal weight by October :)
