After four weeks of being insanely sick: ultrasound, ct scan of the abdomen, endoscopy, ct scan of the chest, 5 different blood draws (each running a bunch of tests) and over 3 trips to the hospital, I am finally feeling well enough to get back on the work out train.
I am trying to start small. Getting back to eating smaller portions and healthier foods and working out a couple days a week (although this has been hard, because I went from being able to do 45 minutes on the elliptical 4-5 days a week, to barely making it 20 minutes on the elliptical 3 days a week). I am also starting to sit with better posture, which is EXTREMELY hard for me.
Hopefully all these small things can add up, and I will slowly start getting back to my previous pace and back to losing weight!
