New day T25 focus workout

Ok today is a new day and a new start. I have yo yo-ed enough and need to get healthy for myself first and then for my family. If you don't like yourself in your own skin it is time to do something about it. So today is Day one of T25 focus Alpha workout which was cardio today for 25 minutes. Since I am on the road most of the week with appointments for my son all I want to do is come home and rest but I am feeling the weight literally stack up . My clothes are getting smaller not larger and I cannot breath the way I should and my body is stiff and sore all the time. So in 150 days I want to be at my goal weight. I have to get under 200 pounds in one month. That is my goal for 30 days. I would like to lose 10 pounds each month thereafter till I lose 50 pounds roughly 150 days is my goal. My eating habits are not that bad but could be better so to keep me accountable I will be showing what I eat daily.
