Saturday day 97: Turbo Jam Kick, Punch and Jam

Sunday day 98: Supreme 90 Tabata Inferno

That Tabata workout was tough!! But some of those exercises like the plank-ups I have done in the program X-Factor Strength and for 90 seconds not just 20 seconds so it wasn't entirely too difficult to finish.
I liked the ones where he did 4 exercises for 2 rounds instead of 2 exercises for 4 rounds. The 2 rounds just seem to do faster, you know?
I indulged and bought ice cream at the grocery store. The little Friendly's ice cream sundaes were on sale, $1 a box. And its only a serving each...so its not like I have an entire box of ice cream to eat. I only got 3 too. I think it is nice to have 3 different servings of ice cream too.... The one I ate today had 390 calories in. They aren't that big either! So it kind of puts in perspective how small a portion of ice cream really is. But it would be good for those who would eat an entire box of ice cream in one sitting. A little ice cream goes pretty far calorie wise...
