May 31st - End this great month with skydiving! It was great fun, although I was a bit nervous as our plane climbed higher- to 14,000 feet. I am so glad that through this healthy eating plan and my exercise that I am in good shape so I can participate in these fun events.
We had to WRITE down our weight - since I lost 19 pounds this year, it didn't hurt nearly as bad! Also, we had to zip up a snug fitting jump suit. I had a second of panic when it got to my hips/abdomen area - but "Ta Da" that zipper went up without a struggle!
So, i felt accomplished when I fit in the jump suit and successfully completed my skydive!

I'm the one in the middle!
