Supreme 90 Dvd: Ultimate Ball

I have a Stability ball but I never really used it. I think this might be one of the first dvds I got that really uses it. It is not easy...its alot like riding a horse. I kept falling off of it and having to chase the ball down.
They do each exercise 30 seconds...maybe I stayed on the ball 10 seconds, dropped off it got back on in 10 seconds and stayed up another 10 seconds...so maybe I got 20 seconds per their 30 seconds.
Also, when they do plank with their toes on the ball I just do plank with my knees on the ball. I know that it makes it a little easier and I have 88 days to figure out how to do it their way, right?

This will be a "before" picture for me and so when I finish the last workout for Supreme 90 I have something to compare to.


The calendar thingy says today is a rest day so I am either going to ride my bike or do a Turbo dvd. I am kind of tired. I went to bed at 10 but woke up at 6 a.m. this morning and never fell back asleep. Then my mom woke me up because she wanted to go out for something early this morning....
We stopped by Kmart and Walmart. I got more matting for my gym area because I workout in the basement on concrete and it worries me rolling on that ball and falling off on the concrete. I've got some matting down right now but not a lot, and this will double it. Oh and I got a jump rope at Walmart, less than $3!! I have no idea if I still remember how to jump rope...I'll probably get tripped up with it. haha
