5% Spring Challenge Blog #7

Today is our last day of blogging for the 5% spring challenge. I don't think I'll become a regular blogger, but I have enjoyed reading my team mates entries and relating to the info they have shared. It's also nice to see the comments that others have left on my blogs. It is thrilling to know that someone has read the blog and left a comment, support and encouragement.

I did my final weigh in this morning because I am away on Saturday without wifi access. I feel good that my final weigh in was down from my original weigh in. The previous 7 weeks my weight bounced up and down by a pound or two. Finally today it was down by 3 pounds. My wife and I really put a lot of effort into this last week and it paid off on the scale.

For the summer my objective will be to lose slowly and get back to the gym for some upper body training and stretching.

Hope everybody is telling friends about the 5% summer challenge so that lots of people are participating.
