I often see people complaining about their lack of Willpower.
I've taught about Willpower for nearly ten years - written about it, radio shows, videos, and have developed a mental fitness training program to that regard.
The simplest start for anybody wanting to know more about building personal Willpower is to learn, first, how to control ATTENTION.
Attention is both the root of and EXPRESSION of Will.
A person who sits down on a daily basis to PRACTICE controlling Attention is simultaneously strengthening and learning about the true nature of Willpower.
The lessons learned through practice are then applied to daily scenarios in which one's Will is challenged by impractical impulses, temptation, and lousy habits.
