Get back to work!

The computer hasn't been working and neither have I... emoticon
I've really got to get back on track by working out daily and planning & tracking my meals! I know I'll feel better physically and emotionally as well.

I've felt so busy/stressed out/tired lately and not being able log into Spark hasn't helped.

If I don't start again right now, I'm going to be back to where I started or even worse...

    Hang in there and just slowly start back up. I know the feeling of not being able to log into SP and even feeling tired, being busy and so forth. But you can do it! Stay Strong and focused :) emoticon emoticon

    Just hang in there. Did you exercise today. It was raining here in Louisiana so I had to workout indoors.
