5% Spring Challenge Blog #5

On to blog #5. Today was a good day. Walked 11,000 steps this morning with no rain. Then I cut the grass and later in the afternoon played Pickleball. Total fitbit steps was 22,000 and I still feel good.

Pickleball is played on a badminton court with a net about the height of a tennis net and the paddle is similar to a ping pong paddle. The ball is a 3 inch wiffle ball. Search on YouTube and you can find other videos on the rules, how to play and strategies for pickleball.

It's very popular along the west coast and is played both indoors and outdoors. Try it. I hope you will like it.
