Update: My little streak of not eating after dinner is at 3 nights now and I think #4 is coming up. Another SFriend (Linda) suggested drinking water in the evening when I want to eat. Didn't want to because I've done that before, but I've been doing it anyway, and running to the bathroom a lot. No, that's not quite true...I walk as fast as my legs will carry me, but it is definitely not running. That evening eating thing is a real problem for me...I think I'm a very "oral" type person. If I'm not eating, I seem to be talking. So, for now, I think I'll just stop while I'm ahead and wish you all a great evening and to tell you to keep the faith, smile and never give up on yourself!!!
