PAWSE UP (Week 5)

OK the fourth week of BLC 25 is done. Hard to believe we are starting our 5th week already. WI has me at 164 That is a .2 ls. loss for the week. Not to happy about it, but it is a loss.Time to get to a healthy BMI and learn to maintain. RRROOAAAARRR!!! This weeks PAWSE will be:
will continue planning meals out weekly. On Sundays will continue preparing as much as I can for week. Will relieve a lot of stress and give me some extra time through the week to catch up on a few things
will use both nutrition and fitness trackers. Need to make sure everything is tracking right. Pushing myself to try to get in an extra workout here and there. Will make adjustments as needed.
Have added a variety of exercises to choose from. Down .2 pounds this week . Did not like when I saw that, but it is still a loss. Will use the frustration and push harder for a better WI next week. So my personal goal for the week is to completely skip 163 and be in the 162 range for next week. I am now within single digits of reaching a healthy weight My BMI is at 25.8. Oh so close. My goal is to keep heart rate elevated and throw different routines at body so muscles don't get to use to one to reach my healthy weight
SET a non scale and Scale goal.
My non scale goal would be to continue eating healthy.
my scale goal is to loose 1 1/2 to 2 lbs this week. Want to loose the final 15 to reach my goal and get to a healthy weight
To execute this plan I will follow our teams workout plus look for those extra minute moments to get the heart rate up
