This week we needed to post our weekly meal plan.
Breakfast and lunch is always the same for me.
Breakfast is a veggie omelet
Lunch is a salad, yogurt, apple and orange or some sort of fruit
Monday fettuccine Alfredo and salad
Tuesday a chicken salad
Wednesday pan seared talipia, asparagus, corn and a salad
Thursday philly cheese steak and baked potato
Friday Turkey burgers and baked potatoes
Sunday Tex Mex
