Past the weigh in day, but I finally made it 100% of 5%...

Basically, to lose 5%, I needed to weigh 10 pounds less within 8 weeks. Today was my day. Now, I need to keep it off until weigh in day and forever after. I cannot remember the last time I weighed in the 180's!

I am using the nutrition tracker, but I eat my own food choices. I track every calorie. I have three teams that I keep up on, and the challenge team. Of course, I weigh myself and post it weekly. I do the daily start page check in. I actually try to earn 100 SP points daily. I review my goal board daily.

I only have time to exercise on weekends. I have been doing stand up paddle boarding every day that I don't work. It is FUN!
