New Plan - Starting Today!

We, I know weigh more than I ever remember weighing in my life. I have to re-evaluate and get a hold of, not just my weight but also, my life.
Tomorrow I am going to start"A Year of Holidays". I am going to set my goals holiday by holiday. First chunk of the year will be Memorial Day to Labor Day. I figure we always look forward to the next holiday so if I link my goals to the same time-frame they will come along just when I need them, like a day off work does with holidays.
For the first segment of the year I will; eat more veggies, move for at least 30 minutes a day, and journal.
