Going to finish the Spring 5% Challenge as strong as I have energy for. I have been very tired for this challenge and taking a couple of naps a day. That and not always following my eating plan has been my biggest challenges. Finally went to the Dr. and he had a sleep study done last week. Found out that I have sleep apnea. Go back to the Dr. next Wed. and he will put me on oxygen at night. Planning on finishing strong this week, no matter how I feel!
The 5% Challenge has helped me in the past because I don’t want to let my team down and am accountable to my teammates. Looking forward to the Summer 5% Challenge and having enough energy to do better.
