I am really going through a dry spell with my weight. I keep losing and gaining the same 2 or 3 pounds. I am really doing the tracking, I get at least 30 minutes or more if possible of exercise but my body is just plain not responding.

I am still continuing with my goals and I won't give up. Especially now that my son who has had medical issues for the last few years has decided to work on his weight. He was such a thin young teenage before he started on all his medication and weight gain was one issue. However, our main concern was to get him back to where he is now and we knew that one day he would work on his weight.

Well thank God that the day has arrived and he has started WW online and he has lost 7.5 pounds in three weeks. I am so happy for him that I have forgotten and joke about my weight being stuck. I am really trying to motivate him and help him get back to where he was before.

So I will continue my journey with him and with all of you and continue to learn and stay positive.

That's so great that your son has lost that much weight! I think it's wonderful that you and your son are trying to lose weight together. How awesome to have your own encouragement and support system right there!

I hope you'll look into the Fast Metabolism Diet. I had such a hard time losing weight too until I started the FMD. Good luck with your weight loss either way!

That's great that you'll have your son as a partner. I'm glad his medical issues have resolved enough that he can work on his weight.

Woohoo...thats awespome for your son....just brilliant.....

When i became a WW leader I really got myself together and my thinking was I needed to be a better example.....
I was at the top end of my goal range and set a challenge with my ladies...first week I was there that I needed to get into a piece of clothing by last weekend.....
They all journeyed with me and i achieved it 3 weeks before.....
I see now that thye are achieving much more than they were because of the example I am setting.....
You could try that for yourself with your son.....
not that you are not doing it all but going to a higher level in the journey and taking him wiht you so that you both achieve your goals....

Just a thought that has worked for me and my ladies

If we follow our SP food and exercise plan we will get healthier, just not as fast as we want to some times. Working the plan is the effort and the goal will be accomplished.
