Day 87 Wednesday
XFactor Strength Glutes & Thighs dvd
Total Gym-Pull ups & Chin ups
So the leg dvd was only 15 minutes so I set my Total Gym up for some upper body stuff. I also did some Kettle Bell swings in between sets of the arms.
Thursday Day 88
45 Minute Walking at Park
It was breezy but not raining and since I didn't have to do a dvd I went to the park and walked. I think my first mile I finished a little over 15 minutes, second mile maybe 15:30ish and didn't finish a third mile. I was slowing down...I think I did 2.77 miles in my 45 mins. But I jogged more in that first mile. It was 6 p.m. and there were shady parts because the sun was setting and the trees...so I walked in the sunny spots and in the shady parts I tried to jog more.
Friday Day 89
Xfactor Glutes & Thighs and Extreme Challenge Total Body dvds
Since Glutes and Thighs was only 15 mins I started out with that then did the Total Body Dvd which you are only to do after you have done all of the 8 dvds. They do the same exercises but they don't explain how to do each exercise, its just back to back no stopping.
We had office lunch today so instead of my salad I ordered a sandwich. I went with a grilled chicken sub, minus mayo. It was really good. It had mushrooms and peppers and maybe even lettuce in it. It was very yummy. It came with chips but I ate 2 and passed the rest off to another coworker. After eating the sandwich I really didn't "need" other food like chips you know? I snacked on some pretzel thins throughout the day though.
Dinner was chili and I had one dish. I had half of an ice cream bar. I am trying to follow this portion size thing-I figure that ice cream bar is like 280 calories so if I split in on half its only 140 calories. And I get another half of ice cream tomorrow or some other day. My dad said just because it comes in a package like that doesn't mean you have to eat it all at once. And he is skinny....lets hope that since he eats that way it works. HAHA
