Today is going well. I have a slight headache. Wondering if it is my body coming off the sugar I'm used to eating. Had a good work out last night. 30 minutes on the bike. That is the most I have done in a while. Its amazing how I am not hungry when I am eating balanced. I truly hope I can stick to this. Note to myself. Take one day at a time.
