Today is going well. I have a slight headache. Wondering if it is my body coming off the sugar I'm used to eating. Had a good work out last night. 30 minutes on the bike. That is the most I have done in a while. Its amazing how I am not hungry when I am eating balanced. I truly hope I can stick to this. Note to myself. Take one day at a time.

    emoticon You can do it. Just make small attainable goals, e.g. journal what you eat, journal your exercise, lose 5 lbs. Start small and work up. By starting small you will build up your confidence in yourself which is shattered at this point. Use all the resources here at Sparkpeople and you can attain all your weight loss goals! emoticon And remember you have to do this for you as well!
