a little bit more on track

ive dropped the weight i gained on vacation back off...very proud of myself...starting a new work out regimen next week....gonna do a lot of dancing and dance work outs...i enjoy dancing very much and hope this will keep my interest.

short post but wanted to post something to let everyone know i dropped the weight back off again. now its time to stay off
