Started my training for the half marathon

My first day of scheduled training was yesterday. It was a easy pace 3 mile. In the description it said no pace is too slow for your easy runs. I think I took it a little too seriously. I ran my 3 miles in 37 minutes when just this weekend I did 3 miles in 31. But race pace is different than training pace, so I'm trying no to beat myself up. I don't run again until tomorrow. Another slow, easy 3. Think I might take the poochers for a walk tonight. My hips are a little tight from last nights run. Miss Sally is getting so big and she is hungry ALL. THE. TIME! But she's only 7 months old, she's growing girl.
