Going with the flow

I'm really bad at telling time recently. Erratic sleep schedule, but trying to sleep enough. I am aiming to get it all sorted out by the end of this weekend so that my sleep/wake cycle is consistent each day (11 pm - 7 or 8 am). This goal really needs to be my focus. It's crazy how difficult it is to get it back on track once it's off.
Other than that! I am still pushing forward and doing well with diet.
I have a lead on a roommate! He's into healthy living and yoga and meditation so it might be a perfect fit :) I'm really happy because I was sooo stressed out about finding someone I could really have a conversation and be friendly with, and this guy sounds awesome, so I really hope it works out.
Everything in my life seems to be going better. I've just been focusing on trying to stay positive and sending out positive energy to everyone I love. . . and that's the funny thing about love, it comes back to you.
I've been drinking chocolate raspberry/strawberry smoothies and eating things like coq au vin and steamed veggies, tempeh and soba noodles with cucumber mirin salad. Lots of fun things!
I don't know if it's the change in the season or just the change in my life, but something good seems to be happening and all of the mental blocks and stress is just melting away. I hope it continues, I hope it gets even better. I hope it translates to better health and wellbeing.
