I think I'm back!

Sunday, May 18, 2014

I lost 2 pounds, then gained 4. Ah me! So I'm back up on the wagon with you guys, and will see how long I can stay on this time. My clothes are getting really tight, and I refuse to go up to a size 20. (I know a lot of people would be happy at that size.) This is the most I've ever weighed, even including pregnancy, with a nine + pounds baby. It totally horrifies me to see me this big.
I got my hubby Rick, to take a picture of me from the front and side. I look terrible. When you really take a good look at yourself, it can open yours eyes. Not from any jaundiced point of view, but really what YOU look like.
Oh well, no more moaning, groaning and feeling sorry for myself. I will just try to do the best I can. I know tomorrow is going to be tough-dental apt. in the AM, and my granddaughter's spring concert in the PM. Too much getting around just exhausts me. And I had a really bad fall that is causing a lot of pain, but I'll get thru it with God's help. Luv y'all a lot! Kathy

A picture is what finally got me to lose the weight! It still hangs on my wall in the living room. Not as a reminder of being fat, but because I'm holding my oldest grandson when he was just over a year old. I was horrified! I had a shelf butt!!! OM! If you need ANY help, please reach out to me! I am here for you.

Hang in there! You've seen the pictures now but remember those pictures can get skinnier as time goes on. I've done the same. Did better till I had a stroke and some eating problems them. Didn't gain back all the weight but hate the way I look in pics. But I'm going to get myself back down too and I know you can do it also!
