where to begin???

i am here.. i have been away for 1 year.. i may go away again.. but i feel the need to track my food, read some motivationaal material and write a few blogs...
i am reinventing myself AGAIN.. i have gone from super inactive to crazy active ALL THE TIME> and now back to possiblly looking for balance.. in the process i learned aLOT about weight lifting, crossfit, swimming , biking and running.. when i started my journey with sparkpeople in 2008 i had been inactive for about 20 years. unfortunately i really am not that impressed with the athletic achievements i have achieved. i am trying to work on that!! seriously!!
