Yes... things are a-changing. I bought new undies in a size smaller and they fit perfectly. Life is so much better with well-fitting undies. You just don't know until you have them.
I bought a bathroom scale and my weight Saturday was 160.2. It's a nice place to stop at for a little bit, and I'm looking forward to continuing the downward trend!
Changed out how I eat, what I eat and when, and my runs have gotten better but still tweaking here and there. I have to take pepto bismol now to keep my insides from getting all crazy when I'm out there trying to rack up the mileage.
Speaking of which, I completed a ten mile long run Sunday. This weekend I will go for 11 miles, but try for 12. I should have my new shoes tomorrow, which will give me two days to break them in and then I'll wear them on the long run. I've got extra inserts to help with the forefoot fatigue. I've lost just over 50 lbs but still have a ways to go, so there's still extra-weight stress on my poor feet. I hope the fatigue issue resolves as I move ondown the scale.
