Back stronger than ever !

Thursday, May 15, 2014

I don't post a lot of blogs here I know, recently I have had a set-back being diagnosed with colon cancer. Never have I smoked, not even a puff to try..our eating habits have been great lately trying to maintain a lifestyle of weight loss and health. My stomach became blocked and I refused to go to the doctor to get it checked to the point of passing out on the bedroom floor. Finally I decided, when LJCANNON ordered me, to go get checked. WE WENT TO THE CLINIC TO GET ME CHECKED OUT AND GET SOME MAGIC PILL. For what I have there is NO magic pill YET but there are wonderful doctors. I had a colonoscopy. 15 polyps removed with 4 positive hits..with my colon in the lab and me at home, I believe more that God has a mission for me to say, PLEASE PLEASE get checked if you have a pain that is out of place. God holds us in the palm of his hands, we are safe. God Bless..I am fine and back stronger than ever..but I do have a long road and a huge fight ahead..LOVE and PEACE GWCANNON

Well day-um, Gary, I have not been paying attention a'tall! You're in our thoughts and prayers - all best to you and Jeannie.

So sorry to hear about this for you. I will put you on my prayer list! My mom had intestinal cancer, it is usually hereditary. I know I need to have a colonoscopy, I often have intestinal issues, but I just go with the flow. No insurance, don't qualify for any assistance, so I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. When God is ready for me to come home, I will be ready too. Glad you are doing better and praying He will keep His hand of healing and protection over you.
