Ok, forced in a full fledged workout Monday afternoon. Sore as heck yesterday and today but yet, today pushed through it again. Yeehaw. I'd like to weigh 152 on my 52 bday in a couple months. Scale said 161.6 yeterdsay morning..wahhhhh.
Obligated to house sit for my nearby sister who is taking a long weekend trip to Dallas, trying to explain this to my mom and that I won't likely be back up until the end of the weekend. I'd like to take those few days to do some real working out/detoxing. Begged my sister to p ut all her crappy junk food into a bag in a room elsewhere!
