Goals update for me...
1. Hit the gym 4 times per week
2. Be under on calories 6 times per week
3. Portion cheat meals
4. Find daily motivation... Read it all day long.
So far, I have hit the gym, harder than ever.
I am under on calories. 5 days, not 6 like I want but I am working towards that
I portion my cheat meals... Now If I could lay off the alcohol, I would be set.
I love my daily motivation... Makes me feel amazing.
I am just working on me and I need that
