Hello all who may read my blog :)
Well it looks like I haven't blogged in over a year. So an update is in order.
I currently weigh 237. I have been eating right and working out daily for going on 3 weeks now. I cold heartedly without a doubt feel like I am finally in a good place all around to stay focused this time, to at least get myself back to the level of health I originally obtained. I definitely wasn't in a bad place all this time but having to adjust to changes in my life. I lost my job, feel in love, got a new job and finally my new job constantly has put me around free BUT unhealthy food all of the time. At first it was a candy land to me, then I tried to hold out (but when you have issues with food that is hard to do). Now I have rebounded from my job loss ten fold, gotten used to the idea of happiness and love and it being a lasting experience and I have a year plus into my new office and now the food temptations will come and go and my jaded candy land is gone. I no longer feel like I must get every piece of food they offer me for free!!! I do feel like I have a renewed energy. I also am focusing on my future health for my future family! I am just a couple years out for wanting to make that happen!
In my few weeks of being on it I have definitely already noticed awesome changes. The scale hasn't moved much but I have lost inches, finally got a ring on that was too tight, several non scale victories.
