Really tired today for some reason. I've been trying to get enough sleep each night. I forced myself to complete a 3.25 mile walk like I usually do every morning and luckily I did it when I did because it's supposed to be 89 degrees today. I absolutely hate the heat but hate working out in the heat even more.

Today is gym day so I'll be going to the gym after dinner. I was thinking of doing 30 minutes of cardio and then 20 minutes or so on the weight machines. So far today I've done a 51 minute walk at 3.75 mph for 3.25 miles. I still have 300 crunches, 200 leg exercises, 100 squats, 2 minute plank, and a 30 minute exercise session to do.

We're going to go visit my uncle at the hospital here in a little bit. He's looking and sounding a lot better but is still uneasy on his feet and doesn't have all of his strength back. It's still hard for him to walk but he's able to get up with assistance to go to the bathroom now which is great news.
