= Can Exercise Reverse Skin Aging? =
According to the article (see link below), it sure can!
One exciting point the article made (in addition to several TERRIFIC points) was that a group of sedentary senior citizens began to exercise just twice a week for three months---and then their skin was measured against the start.
Note: They were SEDENTARY SENIOR CITIZENS!!!
"The skin of these seniors looked pretty much like the skin of the 20 to 40 year olds."
How's that for added motivation to exercise?!
