I've been consistently sleeping. Eating well for the most part (had some french fries and a bunless burger today which made me feel blehhh, not the best idea I've ever had, but I'm forgiving myself for it).
Today I went for a longer walk! 30 min :) Proud of myself~ I'm definitely feeling less stressed out since I've been exercising again.
This leads to me to something I've been meaning to do for a while now: GOAL SETTING!!
Weekly Goals (May 12-May 18)
-Bedtime: In bed by 10, asleep by 11. No excuses
-Exercise: Cardio 5 days, Yoga or ST 2-3 days
-Food: No fast food, cook all meals at home
-Self-care: take supplements and relax, think happy thoughts, breathe easily, be patient with myself
-Misc: Finish cleaning, put up ad for roommate before Friday
I'm confident I can handle these goals :)
