Starting the new me (and us)

I've been following the Primal diet on and off-when on I feel much better and have more energy. Then work stress or travel got in the way and I would go off the plan. This time off is a great chance to make some healthy changes in my life. I convinced my husband to join me on the diet today, so I cleared all the unhealthy foods out of the house. It felt very liberating!
