BACK ON TRACK:
I am so far behind for so many reasons on my plan to lose weight.

Not sure what my problem is. Consistency and sticktoitiveness are the top two.

Other concerns are any given plan only seems to work for 3-4 months and then I stop losing. I have determined this is because I stop staying on plan. so what do I do from here?

WW = no
Nutrisystem = no
CICO = possibility
dietitian + possibility if doctor gives prescription
spark = yes but need to be more concentrated and not so scattered.

step one:

Week 1 plans, see below.
week 2 repeat week 1 if successful!

Meal plans: I have a very busy life these days and planning meals is difficult.

So I will make rules about what I want to eat M-F next week.
1- more protein, include 1 shake a day
2 - eat 3 meals a day with one snack
3 - NO FRIED FOODS even when I have to eat lunch on the run.
4 - one cup of coffee a day, tea or water the rest
5 - more veggies every day. greens daily!


Task AVOIDANCE: THe usual, pay bills on Sunday AND clean litter :(
