Where's the Nutritional Info for "Chef's Surprise"?

Not sure what it is, but it's loaded with veggies!

When I clean out the fridge, freezer, and cupboards, I tend to make a big pot of Chef's Surprise. It's a little bit different, every time and when I have eaten enough, I freeze what's left. This time, even after it thawed, I still wasn't really sure what all was in it. Spinach, carrots, corn, broccoli, pasta. I can identify those, at least! :) I gave it a little Mexican flair by adding some diced tomatoes and some baked beans. I can't believe how good it is!!! :D That's the other surprise! LOL ;)

How to track it? The amount of pasta in this is quite insignificant, so I'd likely track it as "mixed vegetables" without the tomatoes and beans or with the beans and tomatoes, might find a vegetarian chili recipe, loaded with veggies that might work out. It's good to have a rough idea of the nutrients you're getting but chances are, if you're here, it might be portion tracking that's even more important! :) Do your best to stay healthy but not to the point where it's causing you stress! You're more likely to stick to a healthy lifestyle if you can enjoy it!!! :D
