PAWSE UP ( Week 2 )

OK first week of BLC 25 is done. WI has me at 168.6. That is a 1.2 ls. loss for the week. Time to get to a healthy BMI and learn to maintain. RRROOAAAARRR!!! This weeks PAWSE will be:
will continue planning meals out weekly. On Sundays will continue preparing as much as I can for week. Will relieve a lot of stress.
will use both nutrition and fitness trackers. Need to make sure everything is tracking right. Pushing myself to try to get in an extra workout here and there. Will make adjustments as needed.
Have added a variety of exercises to choose from. Have added a few new ones to try. Noticed today that my tracker wasn't recording all my selections. One of them I had to enter three times to get it to show up. Not sure what is going on but really has my numbers out of wack.My goal is to keep heart rate elevated and throw different routines at body so muscles don't get to use to one
SET a non scale and Scale goal.
My non scale goal would be to continue eating healthy.
my scale goal is to loose 1 1/2 to 2 lbs this week. Want to loose the final 19 and get to a healthy weight
To execute this plan I will follow our teams workout plus look for those extra minute moments to get the heart rate up
