1 mess, 2 mess, 3 mess, 4....

We have a mess on our hands.

The bedroom is a mess, the office is a mess, the garage is a mess, our bathroom, our basement... our lawn....

I believe that WE are a mess.

Life is busy right now and we are squirreling around trying to contain all the nuts. I can see it in the piles that are piling up.

Running from one thing to another is messing with my eating and my exercise and I want good old home cooked food tonight. I'm about done with packaged fiber bars for the month and it's only the 6th.

This post is my reminder to stop... take a deep breath and ground myself for a second so that I can get organized.

We can do this. We can manage this week. We can be more prepped and organized.

    I used my post as the "word of the day" and really focused on checking things off of my list and getting set for the next week. My husband came home with the offer of taking me out for dinner, but I had already prepped out some chicken fajitas. It was a great turnaround and dinner was tasty tasty!

    This sounds very familiar! And the deep breath is a great idea. May not get rid of the messes, but at least it makes them manageable!
