BLC Goals & Fitness Test

My primary goals with this BLC are:
(1) Cut down the sugar to one treat per week, no more than that
(2) Keep watching my sodium levels
(3) Weigh between 160-165 at the end of the 12 weeks
(4) Push myself to do just a little more exercise each day
(5) Fit in one workout each weekend (for a total of 6 per week)

The push-ups were the hardest, the crunches about where I expected. The mile was a little faster than I expected. I'm disappointed I messed up the step test, and counted step-ups instead of my pulse! I will try that one another day, even though it won't count for this weekend challenge
