BLC 25 Fitness test

Pushup in one minute...I did 28...Might I add, I HATE pushups! LOL
Crunches in one minute...I did 42 not too bad for an old girl!
3 mins of stepping...wow who knew 3 mins could seem like forever! My heart rate was 83 best I could tell.
1 mile test...I walked around the mall here in town...took me 17 mins...don't know if that was good or bad. LOL
All in all, I feel like I didn't do too bad for the fat that I am carrying in my middle!
